I obtained my 200 hour Certified Massage Practitioner License from CHI (California Holistic Institute) in San Luis Obispo. I then completed 300 hours at International College of Holistic Studies in San Diego to obtain my 500 hour Certified Massage Therapist License. I am registered with the California Massage Therapy Council (CAMTC) License Number 65263. I attended Pilgrimage of the Heart Yoga for my 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher Training and MiraCosta for my 300 hour for a total of 500 hour YTT. I work with different modalities to help align your life force (Chi Energy) and keep your body and spirit in balance. I hold space while offering a holistic integrative approach to help encourage positive life habits.
Swedish and Therapeutic Massage
Site-Specific or Full Body light to medium pressure modalities. Sessions designed to help promote ultimate relaxation for those needing to calm their body and mind. Wonderful for those who are more on the sensitive side.
Deep Tissue Massage
Site-Specific or Full Body medium to deep pressure modalities. Sessions designed for both athletes and active people alike. More checking in during these sessions with pressure and communicating about desired goals and outcome from the therapy.
Heated Stone Massage
Heated stone massage therapy melts away tension, eases muscle stiffness and increases circulation and metabolism. Each 1 ½ -hour heated stone massage therapy session promotes deeper muscle relaxation through the placement of smooth, water-heated stones at key points on the body.
Private Therapeutic Yoga
Utilizing my over 15 years of student experience, and 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in Hatha/Vinyasa styles I help develop a private yoga regimen that will improve mind body connection, balance, flexibility, stamina, circulation, and overall state of well-being.

Yoga Class RSVP Policy
Due to the distance I travel to teach class, all participants must RSVP in advance. If no one RSVPs, I will not make the trip. Please understand that this helps me manage time and resources effectively.

He took an hour out of his day to share his yoga practice with me and a couple friends at the beach.
Chase not only had fluid sequences but the whole way through he was able to put my mind at ease through his relaxing tone of voice, guiding us through a meditation state, letting us set our intention for the session.
